If an item purchased from us develops a defect within the statutory warranty period, you may generally choose between having the item repaired and receiving a defect-free replacement, subject to the applicable legal requirements.
A particular form of remedy may be excluded if it is impossible or would involve disproportionate costs. In this case, we will inform you of the available options.
If you choose a repair and it is carried out as part of the statutory remedy, the original limitation period for your statutory rights in respect of defects will be extended once by twelve months.
To make a claim, please contact us and provide your order number, details of the affected item, and a brief description of the defect. Photos of the defect will help us review your request as quickly as possible.
