Disposal of Batteries
This information is intended for end users who use batteries or products containing batteries:
1. Free return of used batteries
Batteries must not be disposed of in household waste. You are legally required to return used batteries so they can be properly disposed of.
Used batteries can be returned free of charge to public collection points or to retailers that sell batteries.
We are obliged to take back used batteries supplied by us in our assortment.
You can return used batteries sufficiently stamped to the following address or hand them over free of charge:

2. Meaning of battery symbols
Batteries marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol must not be thrown away with household waste.
Below the symbol, the following chemical abbreviations may appear:

Cd = Cadmium
-
Hg = Mercury
-
Pb = Lead
These indicate the presence of hazardous substances.
