Pre-Orders

What does “pre-order” mean?
A pre-order item is not yet available at the time of ordering and has only been announced. Any stated delivery or release date is an estimate only and may change at a later time.

When and how do I pay for a pre-order?
We do not require a deposit. As soon as the item becomes available, you will receive an email from us with all payment details.

Which payment method is available?
For pre-orders, payment by SEPA bank transfer is generally required. Payment methods such as PayPal, Klarna, or credit cards involve high transaction fees. For pre-orders, we deliberately avoid these methods and pass the resulting price advantage on to you.

If another payment method is absolutely necessary, please contact us. In this case, a surcharge will be added to the sale price.

Why can’t I order pre-order items together with in-stock items?
For technical reasons, pre-order items and regularly available items cannot be placed in the same shopping cart. Please complete pre-order purchases separately.

What happens if the release date changes?
Delivery dates are based on information provided by the manufacturer and are non-binding. We have no influence over possible delays. Any updates will be published on our overview page: Future.

Is my pre-order binding?
A pre-order reserves one item within the available allocation. If the full expected delivery quantity is not received, orders will be fulfilled in the order in which they were placed.
